Whether consumers are new to services,
require transfer to agencies providing more or less restrictive services, or are adjusting to new forms of service delivery,
they will find assurance and confidence working with Elite Community Health.
Elite is currently accepting
referrals for therapy, psychiatry, case management, community support team, intensive in-home, and substance abuse intensive
outpatient services. Elite will begin accepting referrals for substance abuse comprehensive outpatient services in October,
2010.
